Nothing represents the signs of better things to come for GPS design better than the latest offering by Garmin Nuvi, the 3790T. It’s not just the packaging that has changed in this unit. Garmin has also greatly improved the intuitive nature of the touchscreen as well. The Nuvi 3790T makes use of a new capacitive, high resolution engineering approach which is a departure from the typical resistive variety. None of this really should be surprising when you consider the need to make intelligent use of technology in the effort to remain competitive.
