Garmin has also greatly improved the intuitive nature of the touchscreen as well. The Nuvi 3790T makes use of a new capacitive, high resolution engineering approach which is a departure from the typical resistive variety. None of this really should be surprising when you consider the need to make intelligent use of technology in the effort to remain competitive.
